         Réhabilitation d"un patrimoine constitué de 6 bâtiments, 17 cages d"escaliers soit 344 logements construits en 1971 Résidence Rougemont — allée Toulouse Lautrec à Sevran (93270).

         Les travaux (liste non exhaustive) porteront notamment sur les interventions suivantes:

         Clos et Couverture: Isolation par l"extérieur (LDR), révision des menuiseries extérieures compris volets roulants et coffres, peinture résine des balcons, barreaudage des baies en RDC, réfection des étanchéités, garde-corps technique, lanterneaux de désenfumage, …

         Parties communes: Stylobat en volée d"escaliers. flocage des PH sous-sols et locaux.

         Équipements techniques: remplacement des VMC (basse pression Hygro A avec caissons basse consommation), pose de mâts à paraboles en terrasse, désembouage et équilibrage du réseau de chauffage avec pose de vannes.

         Parties privatives: installation de robinets thermostatiques, remplacement des bouches d"entrées d"air et d"extraction, d"étalonnage des portes intérieures logements.

         Création et aménagement d"une loge gardien au 6 avenue du Dr Schaeffner.

         Les travaux s"effectueront en milieu occupé et probablement en milieu amianté.
