         Les prestations feront l’objet d’un accord-cadre fractionné à bons de commande en application des articles 78 et 80 du décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marchés publics. Les prestations de l"accord-cadre sont exécutées par l’émission de bons de commande successifs selon les besoins. Chaque bon de commande précise celles des prestations décrites dans l"accord-cadre dont l’exécution est demandée. Il en détermine la quantité.

L"attribution du marché a été réalisé sur la base d"un devis quantitatif et estimatif non contractuel dont le chiffrage proposé par le titulaire est de 54 430 EUR HT (hors variante imposée).
