      4. Description of the procurement:

        Les travaux topographiques sont le plus souvent liés à des opérations d"infrastructures ou de superstructures. Ils doivent permettre l"établissement de l"ensemble des fonds de plans topographiques de terrains nus (courbes de niveaux, végétations...), voiries à proximité immédiate ou aux abords des terrains ou bâtiments concernés (type de revêtements, limites de chaussées, bordures, seuils altimétriques...), bâtiments (plans de niveaux, coupes, façades), cours d"eaux (localisation, profils) et réseaux (électricité, assainissement, éclairage public, chambre de tirage Télécom...).

        Les levés sont destinés à dresser des plans réguliers avec une précision conforme à l"échelle 1/200ème. Ces levés portent sur tous les éléments planimétriques visibles, ainsi que les points particuliers tels que les réseaux aériens, les ouvrages d"assainissement, les bâtiments, etc.

        Les prestations du lot nº 2 sont réservées à la profession de géomètre-expert.

        En effet, l"objet de ce lot portant sur des prestations foncières et conformément à la loi 46-942 du 7.5.1946 modifiée par la loi 87-998 du 15.12.1987, les études et travaux topographiques destinés à fixer les limites des biens fonciers peuvent être réalisées exclusivement par les géomètres experts inscrits à l"ordre des géomètres-experts ou des professionnels ressortissants d"un État membre de la Communauté européenne, établis dans un État membre autre que la France et exerçant légalement la profession de géomètre-expert dans ledit État respectant les conditions énumérées à l"article 2.1 de la loi du 7.5.1946 modifiée.
