         Paris Habitat souhaite se doter d"un réseau de télécommunications très haut débit entre les sites, constitué de câbles à fibres optiques basé sur la location.

         Le réseau projeté est destiné à être le support des communications électroniques de Paris Habitat(la téléphonie interne et les échanges de données entre les sites et le data-centre, où seront hébergés les serveurs de données et d"application avec, un plan de reprise d"activités impliquant un deuxième Data-centre)

         Afin de louer un réseau optique à Paris Habitat, le titulaire pourra être conduit à réaliser des travaux sur le réseau aujourd"hui existant, notamment afin d"aller connecter les sites. À cette fin, le marché prévoit des Frais d"accès au réseau (FAR) permettant au titulaire de réaliser les travaux de connexion jusqu"aux sites de Paris Habitat.
