  Le marché se décompose comme suit:
  Une tranche ferme «Rénovation de la chaufferie, de la déstratification et divers autres travaux liés à l’amélioration du confort climatique pour les occupants du site» pour un montant de 500 326,59 EUR HT soit 600 391,91 EUR TTC.
  Une tranche optionnelle «Création d’un nouveau circuit de traitement d’air et transformation des installations de chauffage des loges.» pour un montant de 324 673,41 EUR HT soit 389 608,09 EUR TTC.
  La tranche optionnelle pourra être affermie dans un délai de 18 mois à compter de la notification du marché par ordre de service transmis par courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception.
  La durée globale d"exécution du marché court de la notification du marché à la fin du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement.
  Tranche ferme 10 semaines à compter de la notification.
  Tranche optionnelle 14 semaines maximum à compter de son affermissement
  Le début d’exécution du marché part de sa date de notification.
  Le délai d’exécution des travaux part, pour chaque tranche, à compter de la date fixée par l’ordre de service prescrivant de commencer les travaux de la tranche considérée.
  Il est fixé une période de préparation d’une durée de 30 jours, comprise dans le délai d’exécution du marché. Cette période débute à compter de la notification du marché.
