          Le référé précontractuel (art L551-1 et suivants du code de la justice administrative) pourra être introduit jusqu"à signature du marché:

          — avant la signature du marché: Le recours pour excès de pouvoir contre les actes détachables du marché pourra être introduit dans un délai de 2 mois à compter de la publication ou notification de la décision ou de l"acte attaqué (art R421-1 et suivants du CJA) et pourra être assorti le cas échéant, d"un référé suspension introduit devant le juge des référés (art L521-1 du CJA).

          — après la signature du marché: Le référé contractuel (art L551-7 du CJA) pourra être introduit jusqu"au 31e jour à compter de l"avis d"attribution au JOUE ou en l"absence d"un tel avis, dans un délai de 6 mois suivant le lendemain de la conclusion du contrat. Le recours de pleine juridiction contestant la validité du marché ou de certaines de ses clauses pourra être introduite par tout candidat évincé dans un délai de 2 mois à compter de l"accomplissement des mesures de publicité, assorti, le cas échéant, de demandes indemnitaires (art R421-1 et suivants du Cja).
