         Le marché public a pour objet la fourniture, l’acheminement dans les locaux, l’installation et la mise en service d’une colonne vidéo avec caméra monobloc 3D et la fourniture de dispositifs stériles à usage unique de protection de la caméra monobloc 3D, pour le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Reims.

         Le marché public comprend également la formation du personnel à l’utilisation et à l’entretien courant du matériel.

         Les prestations sont décomposées en 2 composantes:

         — composante no 1: fourniture, acheminement, installation et mise en service d’une colonne vidéo avec caméra monobloc 3D.

         Cette composante comprend également la formation des utilisateurs et la formation à une maintenance de niveau 1 pour 2 techniciens biomédicaux.

         — composante no 2: fourniture de dispositifs stériles à usage unique de protection de la caméra monobloc 3D.

         Cette composante comprend également la diffusion des protocoles liés à l’usage de dispositifs médicaux stériles, auprès du pharmacien responsable des dispositifs médicaux stériles.

         Au sens de l’article 4 de l’ordonnance no 2015-899 du 23.7.2015:

         —— la composante no 1 est un marché,

         —— la composante no 2 est un accord-cadre à bons de commande en application de l’article 78 et de l’article 80 du décret no 2016-360 du 25.3.2016.

         — L’accord-cadre est conclu avec un seul opérateur économique,

         — L’accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum, ni maximum.

         En ce qui concerne la composante no 2, le marché public est passé pour une période d’1 an, à compter de la date de réception de la notification.

         Cette période initiale est reconductible tacitement pour 3 périodes de 12 mois.
