      Le marché est établi selon une procédure adaptée, conformément aux dispositions des articles 38 et 42-2 de l’ordonnance no 2015-899 du 23.7.2015 et de l’article 27 du décret no 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatifs aux marchés publics.

      Le marché est conclu pour une durée totale de 14 mois à compter de sa notification.

      Le marché a été attribué pour un montant de 192.889,40 euros HT, incluant les 3 PSE.

      Il est précisé que le marché peut être consulté, dans le respect des secrets protégés par la loi selon les modalités suivantes:

      — par consultation gratuite (sur rendez-vous) dans les locaux du Conseil départemental de l"Oise, à l"adresse mentionnée au I-1,

      — par délivrance d"une copie sur support papier, dans les conditions définies à l"article 35 du décret no 2005-1755 du 30.12.2005,
