         Les missions du commissaire aux comptes consisteront à remplir sa mission de certification des états financiers conformément aux dispositions inscrites aux articles L.823-9 et suivants du Code de Commerce et leurs éventuelles modifications légales ultérieures. Des missions complémentaires de validation des bilans des opérations gérées en concession d"aménagement pourront lui être demandées dans le cadre de la clôture de ces opérations. La SEMAPA dispose, depuis juillet 2014, d"une notation financière publiée par FITCH Ratings, lui permettant la mise en place d"un programme obligataire EMTN et de NEU CP (anciennement billets de trésorerie). Lors de l"émission de titres EMTN, certains établissements financiers demandent la validation par le commissaire aux comptes des informations mentionnées dans le prospectus publié.
