         — maintenance préventive concerne les actions préventives sur la base de données, logiciels et matériel,

         — maintenance curative comprend la correction des défaillances matériels et logiciels,

         — maintenance évolutive concerne l"adaptation de l"outil MAGES aux évolutions inhérentes au système d"assainissement, comme mise en service de nouveaux équipements, évolution des consignes de régulation lors de la rénovation ou réhabilitation des ouvrages ou équipements,

         — support technique recouvre l"assistance lors de l"utilisation de l"outil en régie.

         MAGES est un outil d"aide à la décision en matière de gestion des flux pour assurer le re-routage des effluents vers les usines du SIAAP; la continuité des prestations décrites est donc primordiale.
