        Le présent accord-cadre concerne les missions de maîtrise d"œuvre de réhabilitation d"immeubles d"habitation dont l"EPA de Saint-Etienne est propriétaire. Cet accord-cadre multi-attributaire sera constitué d"un ensemble de marchés subséquents qui seront composés d"une tranche ferme allant des études au dépôt de la demande de permis de construire (DIAG, APS, APD), d"une tranche optionnelle 1 relative au suivi des travaux préparatoires (PRO, VISA, ACT, DET, AOR, OPC) et une tranche optionnelle 2 relative au suivi des travaux de réhabilitation (PRO, VISA, ACT, DET, AOR ET OPC). Une partie à bons de commande est prévue au niveau de l"accord-cadre pour des missions complémentaires d"assistance à maîtrises d"ouvrage (notamment accompagnement des futurs acquéreurs). Ces bons de commandes seront émis auprès du titulaire du marché subséquent relatif à l"immeuble concerné.

          La présente consultation a donné lieu à l"attribution d"un accord-cadre multi-attributaire de maîtrise d"œuvre de réhabilitation d"immeubles pour une durée de 4 ans, sans montant minimum ni maximum. Le montant indiqué en valeur finale est le montant de la commande comparative. Le nombre d"offres reçues est de 7 mais il y a eu au départ 11 candidatures déposées initialement. La date de conclusion du contrat indiquée correspond à la date de notification de l"accord-cadre au titulaire.
