      Concernant le lot nº 2: La procédure sera relancée avec une nouvelle définition des besoins de l"IGN, sur l"acheminement des magazines par le prestataire en charge du routage. En application de la jurisprudence, le contrat est consultable, dans la limite du respect des dispositions sur le secret industriel et commercial, sur demande transmise par courrier à Ign, Service achats et marchés, Département des marchés, 73 avenue de Paris, 94165 Saint-Mandé Cedex.
