         Le présent marché a pour objet la réception et le traitement des déchets inertes appartenant au Syctom, avec un objectif de valorisation maximum. Les inertes du Syctom proviendront majoritairement des déchèteries situées sur son territoire:

         — Romainville, dès la notification du marché,

         — Meudon, Gennevilliers, Nanterre: à partir de la date de renouvellement du marché d"exploitation, soit début septembre 2018.

         Toutefois le Syctom se réserve le droit de définir de nouveaux lieux de production et d"en aviser le titulaire en cours de marché. Si la qualité des produits et la conformité des procédures de déclaration, programmation, réception sont respectées, le titulaire devra accepter ces tonnages sans pouvoir remettre en cause les conditions d"application et les termes du présent marché. Les pesées des flux entrants du centre de traitement devront faire l"objet d"une double pesée sur un pont bascule normalisé et régulièrement vérifié.
