         Le présent marché consiste en la réalisation des prestations d"entretien et de réparation des appareils de distribution d"eau sur l"ensemble du patrimoine de Clamart habitat. Les équipements à entretenir sont indiqués à l"article 1 du Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP).

         Le marche se compose d"une partie à prix global et forfaitaire annuel pour les prestations d"entretien courant de la robinetterie décrites à l"article 3 du CCTP, d"une 2ème partie à prix global et forfaitaire annuel pour les prestations de visite annuelle de maintenance préventive des disconnecteurs présents sur l"ensemble du patrimoine de Clamart habitat (Cf. Article 4 du CCTP), et d"une 3ème partie à bon de commande pour les prestations qui n"entrent dans l"entretien forfaitaire décrit à l"article 3 du CCTP (Cf. Article 5 du Cctp).
