      Date de signature du marché: 12.12.2017 le marché est attribué sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de 150 000 EUR HT. Description des critères:

      — valeur technique notée sur 24 points et comprenant 2 sous critères,

      — prix noté sur 40 points, calculé selon la formule suivante: Np1 = 40 x (Po / P). Le marché est conclu pour une durée d"un an à compter de sa date de notification et pourra être renouvelé expressément trois fois par le département à compter de la date d"anniversaire de sa notification pour une durée d"un an supplémentaire sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder quatre ans.
