         Travaux d’aménagement, de fourniture et de pose de signalétique d"information et d"équipements sur les ENS et autres propriétés départementales.

         L"accord-cadre est décomposé en 2 lots définis comme suit:

         Lot no 1: Fourniture et pose de signalétique d’information sur les ENS et autres propriétés départementales,

         Lot no 2: Travaux d’aménagement, de fourniture et de pose d"équipements sur les ENS et autres propriétés départementales.

         L"accord-cadre sera exécuté par le biais de bons de commande, en application de l"article 78 - I alinéa 3 du Décret no 2016-360 du 25.3.2016, au fur et à mesure des besoins du Département. Le maximum de commande annuel par lot est fixé comme suit:

         — Montant maximum annuel lot no1 : 17 500 EUR HT / Montant maximum annuel lot no2 : 45 000 EUR HT.

         L"accord-cadre est conclu pour une période de 1 an, à compter de la notification du marché.

         Les bons de commande pourront être émis jusqu"au dernier jour de validité de l’accord-cadre.

         L"accord-cadre est reconductible de manière tacite, dans les conditions définies au CCAP, 2 fois, pour une période de 1 an, soit une durée maximale de 3 ans.

         Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées.

         Il n"est pas prévu de variante exigée.
