        Le CEA/LETI est l"un des principaux centres de recherche appliquée en microélectronique et nanotechnologies dans le monde. Il dispose d"une plate-forme technologique d"environ 8 000 m2 regroupant, dans des salles blanches, un parc d"équipements (700 environ) dédiés au traitement des substrats (de diamètre 100 à 300 millimètres ).

        Dans un contexte économique contraint, le CEA/LETI souhaite mettre en place, pour ce parc d"équipements, un marché de type multi-attribution pour la fourniture de pièces détachées seconde source.
