        La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de l"ensemble des prestations topographiques, de levés de bâtiments, de travaux fonciers, de détection des réseaux et de géotechniques liés aux opérations, études et travaux menées par les communes de Cergy, Courdimanche, Eragny-sur-Oise, Jouy-le-Moutier, Menucourt, Pontoise, Saint-Ouen-l"Aumône et par la Communauté d"agglomération de Cergy-Pontoise.

        Cet accord-cadre, lancé sous la forme d"un appel d"offres ouvert, comporte 5 lots:

        — lot 1 «Prestations topographiques et relevés de bâtiment»,

        — lot 2 «Prestations foncières»,

        — lot 3 «Prestations de géodétection des réseaux»,

        — lot 4 «Prestations d"études géotechniques»,
