        Le présent marché public est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à bons de commande. Cet accord-cadre concerne les déchets non dangereux du Syctom. Les déchets visés par le présent marché sont principalement les ordures ménagères et déchets assimilés qui proviennent des communes adhérentes du Syctom (déchets ménagers et assimilés ou Dma). Ces déchets seront acheminés par des camions équipés de bennes à ordures ménagères, de bennes type « polybenne », « multibenne », de plateaux, des balayeuses, de camions semi-remorque, provenant d"un centre de transfert (Syctom ou autre), etc. l"objectif du Syctom dans le cadre de ce marché est de pouvoir disposer de solutions pour la réception, le transfert et le traitement des déchets non dangereux dont il a la charge en cas d"indisponibilité temporaire de ses installations. Le présent marché est décomposé en 2 lots: Lot 1 Réception et transfert Lot 2 Réception et traitement.

        — rechargement et transport des déchets vers le(les) site(s) de traitement désigné(s) par le Syctom et/ou vers le site de traitement proposé par le titulaire.
