        All the economic operators that signed a framework contract with the European Parliament will be invited to submit a price offer which will be assessed on the basis of the award criteria defined in the specifications. At the end of this stage, a specific supplies contract, with a duration of 1 year, will be signed with the contractor that submitted the lowest price offer. The European Parliament will reopen competition each year in order to sign a specific supplies contract with a duration of 1 year.
