         Pour mener à bien ses missions d"instruction pour les 35 mesures du PDRG-SM déléguées, la DAAF souhaite mobiliser des crédits d"assistance technique comme le prévoit l"article 5 de la convention de délégation du 18.11.2015.une évaluation des besoins humains pour assurer ces missions déléguées pour les 3 prochaines années a été réalisée en faisant la différence entre d"une part les ETP nécessaires totaux au regard des dossiers en file d"attente et attendus et d"autre part les ETP déjà présents à la DAAF. Le besoin ainsi calculé est évalué à 5 ETP par an pour les 3 prochaines années.les missions concernent l"instruction des demandes d"aides et des demandes de paiements avec notamment l"utilisation des outil Osiris et ISIS.
