         — de créer de nouveaux espaces publics de destination et de liaison,

         — de définir la volumétrie et l"organisation urbaine des espaces restant à urbaniser,

         — de restructurer, intégrer et améliorer les bâtis ou partie de bâtis existants ainsi que leurs espaces extérieurs,
