         Les prestations consiste à accompagner Clamart Habitat dans l"identification et la valorisation des Certificats d"économie d"énergie (CEE) en:

         — repérant les opportunités d"opérations éligibles d"un CCTP «Travaux» en suggérant des modifications techniques ou organisationnelles nécessaires à la valorisation des CEE,

         — identifiant et en calculant précisément les quantités de CEE et leur valorisation pour une opération éligible,

         — récoltant et traitant toutes les données nécessaires à la constitution des dossiers à déposer au pôle national CEE,

         — suivant administrativement la dépose, le suivi et l"enregistrement des dossiers CEE,

         — valorisant financièrement les CEE pour le compte de Clamart Habitat.
