         L"opérateur économique dispose de la faculté de former les recours suivants devant le tribunal de grande instance de Nanterre:

         Un référé précontractuel avant la signature du marché sur le fondement des dispositions des articles 2 et suivants de l"ordonnance n° 2009-515 du 7.5.2009; un délai de seize (16) jours sera respecté entre la date d"envoi du courrier de rejet et la date de signature du marché.
