Élément patrimonial fort de l"agglomération amiénoise après sa cathédrale et sa citadelle, certains bâtiments ou éléments y sont inscrits à l"inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques. L"enjeu de la mission est la formalisation et l"aboutissement d"une programmation et d"une conception urbaine (plan guide), bases du projet de reconversion du site Cosserat. Les compétences attendues sont les suivantes: a) Conception et programmation urbaine et architecturale b) Paysage c) Ingénierie technique en bâtiment d) Ingénierie technique en aménagement e) Environnement f) Économie de la construction et de l"aménagement Pour chacun des membres de l"équipe, une expérience en études de friches industrielles, sites pollués et bâtiments historiques sera appréciée.
