         L"opération consiste à étudier, fournir, déployer et mettre en service des systèmes de détection d"intrusion et de protection de sites du patrimoine de l"entreprise (sites tertiaires, sites du réseau métro et RER, ateliers). Elle a pour objectif de:

         — dissuader les passages à l"acte de personnes malveillantes,

         — faire face aux intrusions,

         — faire face aux différentes formes de vandalisme et autres menaces,

         — détecter les intrus le plus tôt possible,

         — signaler les détections d"intrusion au PC de supervision distant (PCSP),

         — protéger le matériel roulant,

         — protéger les équipements et infrastructures du patrimoine de la RATP.

         Pour information, le système actuel est constitué de caméras analogiques, de capteurs et du système de vidéo intelligente Active Alerte d"Honeywell. L"IHM repose sur le système Seal d"Omnitech. Les enregistrements se font sur SIQURA. Dans le cadre du projet de refonte de l"architecture du cœur de réseau RATP, c"est la solution VMS (Video management System).

         Le marché sera un marché à commandes avec montants minimum et maximum fixés en valeur.

         Le montant minimum sera de 2 000 000 EUR et le montant maximum de 16 000 000 EUR.

         Le marché sera attribué à 1 titulaire.

         Sa durée maximale sera de 60 mois mais la RATP se réserve la possibilité de résilier le marché à l"issue des 36 premiers mois, moyennant un préavis.
