        Accord-cadre de maîtrise d"œuvre, groupement de commande CHU Montpellier (coordonnateur du groupement), CHU Nîmes, CH Béziers et la Centrale d"achat GCS RESAH-LR. La centrale d"achat RESAH-LR a pour objet de mettre à disposition de ses adhérents l"accord-cadre. Il est bien précisé que les adhérents de la centrale d"achat (hors ceux membres à part entière du groupement de commande) n"ont pas l"obligation d"utiliser l"accord-cadre. Le présent accord-cadre multi-attributaire a pour objet de référencer au maximum 5 candidats qui seront remis en concurrence par la suite à la survenance du besoin, sur des missions de maîtrise d"œuvre conformément à la loi consolidée no 85-704 du 12.7.1985 relative à la maîtrise d"ouvrage publique et à ses rapports avec la maîtrise d"œuvre privée. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum ni maximum. Date de démarrage estimative de l"accord-cadre: mai 2017, pour le CHU de Nîmes, le présent accord-cadre démarrera le 1.1.2018.

        Le périmètre d"intervention de la maîtrise d"œuvre est:

        Les opérations de rénovation, réhabilitation, restructuration, mise aux normes et construction neuve de bâtiments hors:

        — opérations nécessitant un concours de maîtrise d"œuvre(bâtiment neuf dont la maîtrise d"œuvre est estimée à plus de 209 000 EUR HT de rémunération),

        — opérations dont la consultation de maîtrise d"œuvre exige un rendu de prestation au stade de l"offre entraînant le versement d"une prime,

        — opérations techniques très spécialisées et/ou d"envergure (ex: réhabilitation d"un site dans sa globalité/réfection d"installations techniques complexes type poste électrique, centrale de secours, ascenseur...).

        Les maîtres d"œuvre titulaires de l"accord-cadre seront consultés majoritairement pour des opérations portant sur le patrimoine existant (réhabilitation, réaménagement, rénovation, mise aux normes...) pour un bâtiment ou une partie de bâtiment (une aile, un étage, un local, un service...).
