         La Ville d"Angers envisage la création d"un Hôtel des Associations dans l"ancien Foyer des Jeunes Travailleurs Jean Vilar du quartier de la Roseraie. Cette opération comprend:

         — la rénovation / restructuration d"une partie des niveaux actuels (sous-sol à R + 2) pour accueillir les locaux privatifs des associations (bureaux, espaces d"accueil), et des locaux mutualisés (salles de réunion et d"activités, bureaux nomades, cafétéria),

         — la rénovation thermique du bâtiment (isolation, étanchéité, remplacement des menuiseries),

         — la mise aux normes du bâtiment en adéquation avec sa destination. L"hôtel des associations occupera une surface de 4 300 mètres carrés sur les 5 500 mètres carrés disponibles dans le bâtiment, les niveaux R + 3 et R + 4 du bâtiment faisant l"objet d"une opération ultérieure d"aménagement. Au stade programme, la part indicative de l"enveloppe financière affectée aux travaux est estimée à 4 600 000 EUR HT (valeur 01/17).
