        — l"aide à la mise en œuvre de la méthode HACCP, en ce qui concerne principalement le respect des températures des produits et le contrôle à réception,

        — la fourniture de bons de livraisons et de fiches de productions.

        Pour la sécurité de l"approvisionnement, le titulaire disposera d"un réseau de fournisseurs voire producteurs «locaux» suffisant pour satisfaire tous types de demandes entrant dans le cadre de cet accord-cadre. La liste de ces fournisseurs sera remise dès la notification de l"accord-cadre.
