         Le marché est un marché mixte, il est divisé en 2 types de prestations:

         — les prestations forfaitaires, partie marché, engagées dès la notification du marché sans émission de bon de commande,

         — les prestations à prix unitaires, partie accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, font l"objet de bons de commande. Cette partie est exécutée conformément aux articles 78 et 80 du décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marchés publics,

         — le montant minimum du marché, pour chaque période, est le montant de la part forfaitaire,

         — le montant maximum du marché, pour chaque période, est de 50 000.00 EUR HT soit 60 000.00 EUR (TTC). À titre indicatif, ces prestations à prix unitaires pourraient couvrir les domaines suivants: végétaux (ex: rosiers, arbustes) et semences gazon, essences d"arbres courantes, adaptées à notre zone géographique pour le remplacement par exemple des arbres morts abattus), en intégrant un choix d"essences persistantes qui limiterait les prestations de ramassage des feuilles ainsi que des arbres à croissance lente qui réduiraient le nombre de prestations d"élagage). Le marché inclut de fait le management et le suivi des prestations, ainsi que la participation à des réunions trimestrielles et annuelles de suivi du contrat.
