         Réhabilitation en milieu occupé d"un patrimoine de 191 logements 18 rue Schnapper à Saint-Germain-en-Laye (78100).

         Ce patrimoine est constitué de 5 bâtiments construits en 1958 autour d"un espace vert protégé.

         Le programme comporte les prestations suivantes (liste non exhaustive):

         — clos et couverture: sur-isolation de la toiture terrasse, ITE de la façade, remplacement des menuiseries extérieures, mise en place d"occultations dans les chambres (type stores),

         — parties communes: réfection des halls et des cages d"escaliers, réfection électrique + éclairage LED,

         — équipements techniques: mise en place d"une VMC, de chauffe-bains thermodynamiques, de panneaux photovoltaïques, remplacement de la chaudière collective par une chaudière à condensation et de l"intégralité des radiateurs et désembuage des réseaux,

         — parties privatives: réfection des sols des balcons, mise en place d"une résine d"étanchéité, mise en sécurité électrique des logements ou réfection & réfection des salles de bains,

         — espaces extérieurs: externalisation des locaux OM/TRI,
