        Réhabilitation d"un patrimoine constitué de 4 bâtiments soit 146 logements construits en 1976 1-2-5-6 rue Louis Pergaud à Trappes (78190).

        Ce programme se décomposera en 2 tranches:

        Tranche ferme:

        — clos et couverture: sur-isolation par l"extérieur, réfection et résine d"étanchéité des balcons et des loggias,

        — travaux de sécurité: mise en conformité électrique des parties communes, remise en état du contrôle d"accès Intratone, réfection serrurerie et mise en place de pare-vues,

        — parties communes: réfection des parties communes, reprise des accès aux halls, réfection de l"éclairage des parties communes et installation de LED, réfection des portes de gaines palières,

        — équipements techniques: ramonage et adaptation du système de ventilation, désembuage des radiateurs, installation d"une antenne collective (1 parabole/bâtiment), installation de panneaux photo-voltaïques pour l"alimentation des parties communes,

        — parties privatives: révision des joints et de la quincaillerie à réaliser, mise en conformité électrique des logements, réfection des pièces humides, détalonnage des portes, remplacement des portes palières,

        — espaces extérieurs: réorganisation des locaux OM, remise en état des éclairages extérieurs.

        Tranche conditionnelle:

        Cette phase concernera la restructuration de grands logements en petits logements (20 lots).

        Les travaux s"effectueront en milieu occupé.
