         Ce système doit être:

         — compatible avec les contraintes du site dans lequel il sera implanté (sous-sol),

         — communicant avec l’équipement principal qui se trouvera en salle blanche.

         En outre, des systèmes de pompage seront nécessaires à son bon fonctionnement.

         Ceux-ci devront avoir les mêmes contraintes que le système d’abattement.

         Ce système sera installé dans les locaux techniques connexes aux salles blanches microélectroniques du CEA/LETI où il sera utilisé 7 j/7 et 24 h/24.

         Livraison impérative pour le 3e trimestre 2018.
