         Dans le cadre de ses activités, le LETI, institut de recherche technologique de CEA Tech de Grenoble, souhaite acheter des substrats de silicium dopés Arsenic N++ orientation 111 avec dépôt AIN. Ces substrats sont utilisés par le LETI pour réaliser des LED développés au laboratoire.

         Les fournitures doivent être livrées impérativement aux dates suivantes:

         — livraison de 450 wafers: novembre 2018,

         — livraison de 675 wafers: janvier 2019,

         — livraison de 675 wafers: avril 2019.

         Toutefois, une livraison anticipée est possible avec l’accord écrit du CEA.
