         La présente consultation fait suite à un appel d"offres publié en janvier 2018 et déclaré sans suite.

         La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de papier blanc et couleur à réaliser au fur et à mesure des besoins. Il s"agit de papier normal (lot no1) et recyclé (lot no2), destiné à la reprographie. Outre l"allotissement, la définition du besoin relatif au papier recyclé a également été modifiée par rapport au précédent appel d"offres.

         Chaque lot donnera lieu à l"établissement d"un accord-cadre à bons de commande au sens des articles 78 et 80 du décret no2016-360 du 25 mars 2016, conclu sans montants minimum et maximum.

         L"offre présentée par le candidat devra porter sur l"ensemble des prestations du lot considéré.
