      L"accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale de 1 an à compter de sa notification, reconductible 3 fois 1 an avec une durée maximale de 4 ans, sans montant minimum ni maximum. La valeur technique est évaluée au regard des sous critères suivants:

      1) Méthodologie relative à l"organisation de toutes les phases du chantier/ 20 points;

      2) Moyens humains et matériels dévolus au chantier/15 points;

      3) Méthodologie relative à l"organisation du chantier type fourni/10 points 6;

      4) Présentation des pépiniéristes: une note de présentation synthétique de la gamme de chaque fournisseur de végétaux devra être fournie (sans le catalogue). La diversité de la gamme et des conditions pédoclimatiques des pépinières seront appréciées:10 points.

      La valeur financière a été évaluée au regard du DQE du chantier type fourni: 15 points et du DQE du chantier masqué/20 points).

      La valeur d"un chantier fournit est de 124 411,39 EUR (HT).
