Elle est relancée suite à la décision de l"acheteur de déclarer sans suite la précédente consultation nº 18C0002 en raison, pour certains lots, d"une l"absence de concurrence suffisante et de l"absence de réponses reçues pour certaines destinations dans les détails quantitatifs estimatifs des lots 1 et 2.
