Les repas livrés seront fabriqués selon le principe de la liaison froide. Le marché est passé dans le cadre d"un groupement de commandes entre la ville de Sainghin-en-Weppes, son Centre communal d"action sociale (CCAS) ainsi que le CCAS de Wavrin. La ville de Sainghin-en-Weppes est coordonnateur du groupement de commandes.
