        Le programme porte sur la réalisation d"ouvrages de contrôle, de commande, de régulation d"équipements et de communications électroniques d"ouvrages de raccordement optique (Nœuds de raccordement optiques, NRO, et points de présence optique, POP) composant l"infrastructure de collecte du Réseau d"initiative publique Très haut débit de l"Isère (RIP Isère THD). Le RIP Isère THD est un projet piloté par le département de l"Isère, en partenariat, avec les 19 intercommunalités du territoire départemental. Ce projet s"inscrit dans le cadre du plan France Très haut débit (Fonds pour la société du numérique (FSN)) et bénéficie de fonds de l"Europe (FEDER). La présente consultation porte sur la réalisation d"un certains nombre de locaux techniques (NRO) allotis suivant leur localisation. En l"état, sur la centaine de sites à réaliser, 3/4 environ des terrains sont conventionnés, le reste faisant l"objet de négociation foncière en cours. Sur les sites connus, une trentaine va faire l"objet …
