    Le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire fixant tous les termes du marché.
    Il est constitué d’un lot unique.
    Le marché a pour objet les travaux de remplacement des trois chaudières gaz et divers équipements associés, situés au centre Assas de l’Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, 92 rue d’Assas 75006 Paris.
    Le marché inclut la garantie de parfait achèvement, ainsi qu"une maintenance (préventive, corrective et prestations associées) des systèmes de chauffage à eau chaude et de production d"eau chaude sanitaire du centre.
    Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification et prend fin à l’achèvement de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement et de la maintenance annuelle reconductions comprises.
    Les travaux sont exécutés dans le délai global de 10 semaines à compter de la notification du marché.
    Les travaux doivent être terminés avant le 15.12.2018.
    La maintenance, d’une durée d"un an, reconductible 3 fois expressément, sans pouvoir dépasser une durée globale de quatre ans, débute, en supplément de la garantie de parfait achèvement, à compter de la date de réception des travaux.
    Le présent marché de travaux est passé selon la procédure adaptée, en application des articles 27, 34, 78 et 80 du décret 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marchés publics.
    Il s’exécute sur la base d’un prix global et forfaitaire et de prix unitaires, sans minimum et dans la limite de 5 548 000 euros hors taxes sur sa durée globale reconductions comprises.
    Le montant du marché est de 187 032 EUR HT sur sa durée globale.
