      Il s"agit d"un marché ordinaire ne donnant pas lieu à une technique particulière d’achat.

      Pour chacun des lots, le marché est passé pour une durée comprise à l"intérieur des 2 dates suivantes:

      Début du marché: la date de notification du lot concerné

      Terme du marché: après acceptation sans réserve des prestations exécutées pour le lot concerné.

      Les montants des articles V.4) du présent avis sont les montants des Décompositions du Prix Global et Forfaitaire contractuels des lots considérés.

      Le dossier est consultable selon les modalités de l’arrêt Tarn-et-Garonne (CE Ass 4.4.2014 nº 358994) après RDV pris avec Mme Chantal Saichi, Directeur de la Commande Publique de la ville de Toulon, par courriel uniquement auprès de la direction de la commande publique ([email protected]) et sous réserve que cette consultation s’effectue dans le respect des secrets protégés par la loi.

      Cette consultation aura lieu dans les locaux de la direction de la commande publique au 8e étage de l’Hôtel de Ville (avenue de la République, Toulon, Var).

      Les marchés ont été signés le 12.9.2018 et notifiés le 20.9.2018 pour les lots 1, 2 & 4. Le marché a été signé le 25.9.2018 et notifié le 27.9.2018 pour le lot 3.

      Les titulaires sont des entrepreneurs.

      Les marchés n’ont pas été attribués à des groupements d’opérateurs économiques.
