         Le marché est conclu sous la forme d"un accord-cadre au sens de l"article 77 du décret no 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 avec un seul opérateur économique et exécuté par l"émission de bons de commande sans négociation ni remise en concurrence préalables. Le marché sera conclu pour une durée initiale de 2 ans à compter de sa date de notification reconductible expressément une fois pour une période de 1 an. le présent marché sera notifié au titulaire après visa des autorités de contrôle. La date prévisionnelle de notification est fixée au 20.8.2018. ce marché est conclu avec les quantités suivantes pour toute la durée du marché (reconduction comprise):

         — minimum 450 et maximum 1050 établissements ou services à superviser,

         — minimum 600 et maximum 1 000 personnes à former.
